To exercise your right, contact us at contactus@thivarelflox.world within the withdrawal period. Return the product unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Processing

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the order.

4. Exceptions

Products that have been opened or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
